Mummy's Day cakes!

Mother's Day is here! I got a wonderful card and necklace from Eloise and i decided to make my Mummy some yummy cakes.

Lemon cake is my Mum's favourite so they were lemon sponge with lemon icing. The design was a simple garden with the icing piped green and little sugar blossoms on top. A sprinkle of glitter finished them off. They would also have looked nice at easter with little piles of mini eggs stacked up and some baby chicks on the grass!

You may have spotted my new favourite item the metallic cupcake cases making an appearance again!
