Last week was the weather for lollies. This week not so good, but Eloise doesn't seem to mind what weather it is, for her it is lolly time even if it is snowing! So, this week's teething recipe from kids food guru Annabel Karmel is bound to be a big hit.
Annabel has teamed up with Nelsons to bring us some tasty, nutritious recipes to help our little ones during the trauma of teething. These lollies are a great idea because the cold helps soothe their painful gums (and taste better than the plastic toys i used to put in the fridge for Eloise to gnaw on!)
Nelsons Baby Yoghurt Lollies
Ingredients (makes 6)
150g fresh raspberries
2 x 125g pots raspberry yogurt
2 tsp caster sugar
Blend the raspberries until smooth using a hand blender. Pour through a sieve into a bowl. Add the yogurt and sugar and stir until smooth. Pour into a jug, then pour into 6 plastic lolly moulds and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
